3. Our Services - For Candidates: We act as an employment agency to introduce you to potential employers. Registering with us does not guarantee work. - For Clients (Employers): We act as an employment business/agency in line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. Terms of business will be agreed separately in writing. - We reserve the right to refuse service if requirements or conduct breach legal or professional standards.

Candidate Responsibilities - You must ensure that all information provided to BCRS is accurate, complete, and up to date. - You must have the right to work in the UK and provide necessary documentation when requested. - Any false or misleading information may result in termination of our services.

5. Client Responsibilities - Clients must provide full and accurate job descriptions, rates of pay, and working conditions in line with employment law. - Clients are responsible for ensuring that workplace health & safety regulations are adhered to. - Payment terms and fees for recruitment services will be outlined in a separate contract.

7. Liability - While we strive to provide reliable recruitment services, BCRS cannot guarantee suitable employment for candidates or guarantee candidate suitability for clients. - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
